Project Name: Cement Australia Shutdown – Kiln Section Replacement

Location: Railton, Central North Tasmania

Overview: Sub41 was called to finish project readiness and site manage the change out of 12m of kiln section. Sub41 acted as owner’s representative for all technical, commercial and supervision leads for the project within critical timeframes and with significant interface and logistic challenges. The project was completed on time including additional scope uncovered during the cleaning and re-bricking phase. We have subsequently been called back to undertake other critical path scopes for the 2024 shutdown.
