Project Name: Cement Australia Shutdown – Clinker Hall and Rill Tower Refurbishment

Overview: Sub41 was requested by Cement Australia to manage the refurbishment of the Rill Tower within the clinker hall and remove the existing reclaimer. Managing the primary subcontractor Haywards / Crisp Bros, the project beat Cement Australias project timeline and budget. Late inclusions to the scope were also achieved under base timelines increasing storage within the hall and giving significant operational efficiencies.
