Project Name: IHC Beaver Dredge Assembly and Commissioning

Overview: Sub41 was tasked with managing the assembly and commissioning of the Beaver 40 dredge sent from the Netherlands to Tasmania. The dredge assembly required significant civil preparation works and critical lift planning. The project also included importation and challenges with getting the dredge and its workboat certified to AMSA standards. Sub41 engineered and built the new docks and landing platforms onsite for personnel and equipment transfer. While James oversaw the dredge assembly and commissioning, Oliver was contracted by IHC directly to act as their Tasmanian representative to support the works due to his experience and knowledge of marine systems and his years spent working in northern Europe.
